Is Drive Organizer Pro CASA assessed?
Yes. TAC Security independently assessed the app under the App Defense Alliance CASA AL1 framework, which Google requires for restricted Drive scopes. That assessment is annual. We do not claim a Google certification or a Workspace Marketplace listing from it.
What Google permissions does the app use?
Drive access so you can list, move, and rename items in your workspace, and your account email to keep you signed in and to check Pro status if you subscribe. You can revoke access anytime in Google Account permissions.
Can I copy a folder with its subfolders and files?
Yes, with Pro. Right-click a folder in the organizer and choose Copy folder. That copies nested folders and the files inside them. Keep one master folder as a template, then copy it for each new client or project. Details: copy a Google Drive folder structure.
Can I see every file I still have shared?
Yes, on Free. Open Sharing in the organizer, pick This folder or My Drive, then Scan. Filter by link, people, or organization. The scan lists items you own that are still shared. Guide: find files you shared in Google Drive.
Can I import an empty folder template?
Yes, on the Free plan. Open folder templates, or use Templates in the organizer. Import creates empty folders only. Copying a Drive folder that already has files stays Pro.
Do I need Pro for Shared drives?
Shared drives, Shared with me, and Trash are Pro. Free covers your whole My Drive tree, moving one file at a time.
How do I upgrade or manage billing?
Open the organizer, sign in, then use Upgrade to Pro or Manage billing for an existing subscription. See pricing for Free vs Pro. Existing lifetime purchases stay Pro.
Can I buy licenses for my company?
Yes. Sign in with a work email (not Gmail), open Upgrade to Pro, and choose Team licenses. Seats start at $4.99/month or $39.99/year each (2-4 seats). 5-9 seats are 10% off, 10-24 seats are 20% off, and 25+ seats are 30% off. Assign those seats to coworkers on the same domain in Manage seats. Personal Pro and lifetime grants stay separate.
Where does the organizer run?
Drive Organizer Pro is a web app at driveorganizerpro.com/app. Sign in with Google in your browser. No Chrome extension is required.
Is the app available in other languages?
The organizer and this website are in English today. You can use it with any Google account worldwide; your file and folder names stay exactly as they are in Drive. We may add localized help pages later.
