- We do not access the content of your files unless required to rename or move them.

- All data is processed temporarily within the scope of your session and is not stored, saved, or shared externally.
- Your information is used only to perform the actions you explicitly trigger (e.g., renaming, moving files).
Data Protection Mechanisms
- All communications between our app and Google APIs are secured using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- No sensitive information is ever stored on our servers; all operations occur within Google Apps Script’s secure environment.
- OAuth 2.0 is used for authentication and authorization, ensuring you control access to your account at all times.
- Access tokens are short-lived and automatically revoked when the session ends.
- Only the minimum required permissions (OAuth scopes) are requested to perform your requested actions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.
Data Storage
Drive Organizer Pro does not store any user data on our servers or databases. All processing is done within the secure Google Apps Script runtime.
Permissions
Our app requests only the necessary OAuth permissions to perform file operations on your behalf. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
